We strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

All prepaid orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.  Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.  Once dispatched, most orders within India are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.  Delivery times may be longer for remote or unserviceable locations. During festivals, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may be slightly longer than usual.

We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, India Post, and other reputed logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery.  Your delivery location and service availability are taken into consideration when selecting courier partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment throughout its journey.

Customer satisfaction is important to us at Rudra Sacred. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
