At Rudra Sacred, every product is carefully inspected, securely packed, and dispatched with the

utmost care. Due to the sacred, personal, and customized nature of our products, we maintain a

strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

No Return & No Refund

All purchases are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, personal

preference, appearance, natural variations, spiritual expectations, size issues, incorrect selection,

or courier delays. Natural variations in gemstones, Rudrakshas, crystals, ebony wood products, and

handcrafted items are not considered defects.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is available only for products that are physically damaged during transit, incorrectly

delivered, or have a manufacturing defect. No cash refunds will be provided.

Reporting a Claim

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include the Order Number, clear product

photographs, package images, and a continuous unboxing video from the sealed package to the

revealed product.

Unboxing Video Requirement

The video must begin before opening the sealed package, clearly show the shipping label, the

complete opening process, and the condition of the product. Edited or incomplete videos will not be

accepted.

Replacement Approval

Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost. Claims that do not meet the stated

requirements may be declined.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Any advance or partial COD booking amount, including the ■59 confirmation fee, is strictly

non-refundable under all circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped or delivered, they cannot be cancelled,

returned, or refunded.
