Shipping policy

At Rudra Sacred, we are committed to delivering your astrology and spiritual products safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.  In order to guarantee that your order reaches you in excellent condition, it is carefully packaged and inspected. We strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

All prepaid orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.  Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.  Once dispatched, most orders within India are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.  Delivery times may be longer for remote or unserviceable locations. During festivals, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may be slightly longer than usual.

We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, India Post, and other reputed logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery.  Your delivery location and service availability are taken into consideration when selecting courier partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment throughout its journey.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.  If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your location, any applicable convenience charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.  International shipping is currently unavailable through our website.  If we begin offering international shipping in the future, the applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are accurate while placing your order.  If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the shipment, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

We recommend refusing the package whenever possible and getting in touch with our customer support team right away if the package appears to have been opened, tampered with, or damaged prior to delivery. If you discover any damage, manufacturing defect, or receive an incorrect product after accepting the delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by sharing your Order ID, clear photographs of the product and packaging, along with a continuous unboxing video whenever possible.  After verification, we will arrange a replacement in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders may be cancelled within one hour of placing the order, provided they have not already been packed or dispatched.  Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.  If you need assistance with a cancellation request, our customer support team will do their best to help you with the available options.

Many of our products, including Rudraksha, healing crystals, gemstones, crystal trees, wooden items, and other spiritual products, are made from natural materials.  As a result, these products may exhibit slight color, texture, shape, or size variations or natural markings. These variations should not be considered defects. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier operational issues, public holidays, festivals, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.  We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
