• All prepaid (online paid) orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day after

successful payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details

via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Timeline

Standard Products

• Delivery within 5–6 working days after dispatch.

Examples: Rudraksha Beads, Crystal Bracelets, Temple Kits, Ready-to-ship Spiritual Products,

Healing Stones, Sacred Accessories.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

• Delivery within 5–9 working days after dispatch.

Examples: Personalized Jewellery, Custom Spiritual Kits, Special Energized Products,

Made-to-Order Sacred Items.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner

availability, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the delivery

location and order value. Free shipping promotions may be offered on eligible orders.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Rudra Sacred

is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address

information.

Delayed Deliveries

Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays,

government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number, clear photographs, and a continuous

unboxing video. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without the required proof may not be eligible
